Architectural Control Board
Architectural Control Board (ACB) must approve all improvements, replacements, and repairs to the exterior of homes as well as all fencing. It's purpose is to keep continuity within the neighborhood and to protect property values. Please complete an ACB Application Form for all exterior changes or additions and fencing that you would like to make to your home and property.
